  • Q1) What are the criteria for having a free listing for my company displayed in the directory?
  • You must be a UK or European based road haulage or courier company to appear in our haulage directory. Your free listing will appear in alphabetical order displayed in the appropriate county.
  • Q2) My Company does not fall into the above criteria but provides services to haulage and courier industry?.
  • Apply for a listing in one of the categories listed in our specialist services directory.
  • Q3) How do I advertise on your site? For example, regional, national or international listings and banner advertising.
  • Click on the Advertise option above to view detailed information on the alternatives available.
  • Q4) I have a free listing already and I want my details amended?
  • Use the Contact Us option above and submit your queries.
  • Q5) What methods of payment do you accept?
  • We acccept payment from any of the major credit of debit card providers through the PayPal payment portal.
  • Q6) I do not have a PayPal Account. Can I still pay?
  • Yes. You do not have to open a PayPal account to pay us securely through PayPal.
  • Q7) Do your prices include VAT?
  • All prices exclude VAT. A VAT invoice will be provided on receipt of confirmed payment. VAT will be charged in addition at the applicable rate at the time of purchase.
  • Q8) I am based outside the UK. How do I reclaim the VAT you have charged me?
  • All non UK companies must provide a valid VAT Registration Number from an EEC Member State. Once this has been verified we will refund the VAT portion directly to you.
